PACT Speech The speech team at PACT started in 2016 and has grown each year since. You can follow our adventures by joining us on Instagram (@pactspeech) and Twitter (@PACTspeech). On this site You will find general information about what speech is and what categories are available, as well as information about our past and current seasons and some photos and ways to get connected. Speech is a Minnesota State High School League competitive extracurricular. It has 13 categories in two major divisions. Learn more about them here. Our Vision PACT Speech exists to equip students to find their voices. Our Mission It is the mission of PACT Speech to provide students with a safe, inclusive, and valuable educational and social activity which improves critical thinking, research skills, ethical argumentation, advocacy, analysis, persuasion, oral presentation, listening skills, organization, teamwork, group problem solving, citizenship, and leadership through positive team culture and competitive public speaking. |
